You will learn by actually fixing a fictional company.

In this course, you’ll apply theory through an immersive case study focused on “BigCo,” a fictional company that mirrors real-world challenges as employees are fatigued and frustrated because they lack control over the business. BigCo. runs on Excel despite significant investments. Master data is a mess, making planning impossible. Costs are out of control, and no one can figure out how to fix it.
