Debbie Keehn

Debbie Keehn is a valued business advisor with Oliver Wight Americas. She completed her corporate career and formed Keehn Connections LLC, leveraging her 40 years in public and privately held oil, gas, and chemical companies. She brings multi-functional transformation experience in the areas of supply chain, mergers and acquisitions, finance, shared services, information technology, human resources, and product commercialization.

With her unique transformational global experience, Debbie has a reputation for being sought after to help companies achieve profitable change. She brings a natural and intuitive approach, leveraging her “people first lead to extraordinary results” leadership brand to accelerate change and drive results regardless of function. Debbie is a natural developer of people and brings directness to her coaching of executives, individuals, and teams.

Having served as Senior Vice President and Chief Transformation Officer for Ascend Performance Materials, Debbie orchestrated the design of a newly formed transformation office and aligned top talent to deliver value. The result was $30M in productivity with discrete plans for future growth. Also, while with Ascend, she led a $20M global supply chain transformation, delivering a best-in-class IBP implementation that drove the company’s single operating plan, leveraging the Oliver Wight Class A Certification Methodology.

Before joining Ascend, Debbie was the Vice President of Supply Chain at Celanese Corporation, a Fortune 500 global technology and specialty company where she led a turnaround for all aspects of the supply chain, led M&A integration, and transformed the product commercialization processes to enable speed to market in addition to Sarbanes Oxley certification and offshoring of financial shared services.

Debbie received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Sam Houston State University, where she is a lifetime member.
