Joe Gausditis, a seasoned Oliver Wight business advisor, has a rich history of over 30 years, leading various Integrated Business Planning implementations to the esteemed Oliver Wight Class A level of operation. Notably, he spearheaded global, cross-functional teams to streamline business processes for Zimmer Biomet, a testament to his leadership prowess.

Joe has implemented an end-to-end supply chain design with a comprehensive redesign of supply, demand, and product management processes on the regional and corporate levels. He understands what is necessary to achieve the business strategy by empowering the lowest level of the organization to execute formalized processes with improved behaviors. Joe has transformed systems by aligning ERPs and installing SAP IBP as an advanced planning system.
