Molly VandenHeuvel is a strategic C-Suite leader and accomplished business advisor with Oliver Wight Americas, bringing over 30 years of expertise in operations and supply chain management across diverse industries. With a proven track record in driving strategic development and surpassing business goals, she has held key executive leadership roles at Tenet Healthcare, Oil-Dri Corporation of America, Abbott, Kraft Heinz, and Procter & Gamble. Molly has championed Integrated Business Planning (IBP) implementation in each of these organizations, directly improving alignment, strategy execution, and financial outcomes.
Most recently, Molly served as the Chief Procurement and Supply Chain Officer for Tenet Healthcare, leading and optimizing procurement and supply chain to ~$100M savings annually.
At Oil Dri Corporation, in addition to her Chief Operating Officer responsibilities and results, she led the implementation of IBP companywide enabling (among other company strengths) multiple years of record sales and profits.
At Abbott, she led the IBP process for the Diagnostics Division and was the Supply Chain Integration leader for a large acquisition.
At Kraft Heinz, Molly led the IBP process through Class A capability assessment and set the strategic direction for product supply and commercialization. The results in her area of Product Supply were a 2.5 pp service level improvement, 30% reduced inventory, and cost savings of $25M. This also resulted in improved SKU levels and demand forecast accuracy.
At P&G, Molly improved all supply systems, contributing to $40M in additional sales from efficiency improvements, joint business plans, and overall collaboration. Also, she led inventory reduction by 40% in paper to a record low, and the lowest in the company, with no impact on service or cost.
Molly holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University.
