Tom Strohl

Tom Strohl, President of Oliver Wight Americas, has had an impressive career spanning over 40 years as a business leader, consultant, coach, and educator. He believes that employees’ willingness to embrace significant change in any business process is key to achieving sustained excellence.

Before taking on the role of President, Tom spent 11 years as a Business Advisor at Oliver Wight, providing valuable guidance in Supply Planning and Execution and Integrated Business Planning. Before that, he enjoyed a successful 32-year career in the pharmaceutical industry.

When Tom is not serving Oliver Wight, he enjoys spending time with his wife taking in concerts and visiting wineries along the wine trail in Alabama, cooking, turning wrenches on old cars and developing his farm in Tennessee.
